Subclass 891:

An investor visa 891 is another type of business innovation and investment visa for entrepreneurs who want to continue their business in Australia. Usually, for this visa, one must already be in Australia with another substantial visa from the business and investment visa category.

Eligibility for subclass 891:

• You have held your designated investment of AUD1.5 million for four years.
• For two years out of four before your application, you’ve resided in Australia.
• Meet the health requirements for this visa.

Subclass 893:

State or Territory Sponsored Investor visa:

This is a permanent resident visa for subclass State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) visa .

Meet the following conditions can apply for a business visa 893:

1. One holds a state or territory-sponsored investor visa.
2. Sponsored by a state or territory and resident no less than two years during the 4 years preceding visa 893 application.
3. Prove that you are determined to continue your business activities and investments in Australia.
4. Not involved in any unlawful business.
